The Next Breakout Might Be in Your Pocket

Everyone’s hunting for the next Unicorn.

The type of “category disruptor” that grows fast and turns early believers into big winners.

59,000+ investors think that Mode Mobile could be one of those rare finds.

Americans spend 4 ½ hours on their phones daily, and Mode Mobile is monetizing that screentime. With $1B+ earned by over 490M customers and 32,481% revenue growth, Mode’s EarnPhone is turning smartphones into income generating assets.

Their previous raises sold out, and the company is now offering pre-IPO shares at $0.52/share with up to 20% bonus, exclusive to early investors.

Being early is everything, and this window is still open.

*Please read the offering circular and related risks at invest.modemobile.com.

Mode Mobile recently received their ticker reservation with Nasdaq ($MODE), indicating an intent to IPO in the next 24 months. An intent to IPO is no guarantee that an actual IPO will occur.

The Deloitte rankings are based on submitted applications and public company database research, with winners selected based on their fiscal-year revenue growth percentage over a three-year period.

The announcement

We have a new home.

Here's why it matters.

When we started SDR Leaders of EMEA three years ago, then SDR Leaders of USA and then SDR Leaders of APAC, we ran them as three separate things.

They should never have been separate.

Each region leads differently. Dale and I are clear that the individual communities are critical, and that part stays. But the problems were the same in every room, and we had built no way for the answers to travel between them.

One community. Three regions. Global scale, local connection.

The site is where that finally becomes real.

And there is something else we need to say.

We grew faster than our own presence. People found us, wanted in, and from the outside we did not look like what we were actually building. We moved too slowly on a website that matched the ambition. That is on us.

This changes now.

What we decided to build

1. Cross region access to content and benchmarks.

Slack stays the heartbeat of each of our three communities. What it could never do was let you reach across regions.

You could be running an SDR team in the USA and suddenly pick up responsibility for an APAC team. Until now, you had no way to get at what APAC leaders already knew. Now you go to the site and pull salary data and tech stack insights on day one.

2. Your own profile page.

Every member gets one. It is how you become findable to the rest of the network, and how you get access to everything above without asking anyone for it.

3. One domain instead of three.

sdrleaders.global replaces sdr-leader.com. That is on purpose. We are one global community of SDR leaders, the largest and most active in the world, and the name should say so.

The three regional sites stay. Each still carries its own webinars, in-person events, and content. The global domain is the roof over them, not a replacement for them.

4. One site doing three jobs.

Membership, event tickets, research. All in one place.

5. Built, not bought.

The off-the-shelf community platforms would have got us live faster. They also would have made us look like everyone else, and forced our community into someone else's structure.

Lovable meant we could build something specific to us without a dev team. If you are a leader sitting on an idea you cannot code, that gap has closed.

6. What we deliberately did not build.

Another Slack. We are not moving your home and asking you to rebuild your network somewhere new. Slack is still where you connect and learn from each other. The site adds to it.

The person who built it

Matthew Putnam is the reason it exists.

He took a vision I could barely articulate and built it.

A huge shoutout to him.

For those that don't know, Matt has been a part of our community since the first week of its existence, has been a regular part of our LinkedIn Lives that we've run and is also helping make Funnel EMEA the success it’s going to be.

He has spent alot of hours on evenings and weekends building this website, and this is just the start of the project, theres alot more to come.

A huge thank you to him!

Everyone should receive an email over the next two days to claim their account.

Watch out for an email from SDR Leaders Global, sent from noreply@notify.sdrleaders.global. Check your spam folder if it has not landed, and mark it safe so you get the rest of what is coming.

You do not have to wait for it. You can sign in now:

  1. Go to www.sdrleaders.global

  2. Click Account in the top right corner

  3. Select forgot / reset my password

  4. It should recognise your email

What's next

This is the first of a lot of announcements coming.

All with one goal.

Dictating the future of sales development.

The next one lands next week. We are putting real research and data behind what this community already knows, and publishing it on a schedule you can rely on rather than whenever we get round to it.

After that, we will show you how we are going to get leaders the skills and training this profession has never made easy to reach.
