networking group, there is a clear expectation that our members understand the power of their words.


We want to provide some simple guidelines for interacting with the community.


Members who violate these guidelines may:


– Have posts and/or comments removed
– Be immediately suspended (or permanently banned at the discretion of SDR Leaders of EMEA)
– If repeated, a member will be permanently banned.


**Prioritise your Contribution Over Personal Gain**


We encourage the growth and development of our members. We will provide a platform for sharing insights,
posing questions, and uncovering answers. This involves each of us in fostering an amazing community. We
encourage you to contribute more than you receive.
The utilisation of this space for self-promotion or sales undermines its core purpose.
Focus on imparting wisdom and experiences selflessly rather than seeking personal benefits from the
community.


**Maintain a Respectful and Harassment-Free Space**


We have zero tolerance for abuse, harassment, and subtle hostilities. This extends to all forms of interaction,
including memes, gifs, comments, discussions, webinars, and private messages.


Should you observe or experience such conduct, promptly capture it and report it directly to David Wilkins via
direct message.


**Stay Clear of Polarising Topics**


Avoid introducing divisive subjects such as politics or religion into community discussions. Our strength lies
in our diverse beliefs and the richness it adds to our community.


**Uphold Privacy and Confidentiality**


Discussing others or revealing private data without consent is strictly forbidden. Utilizing information acquired
through SDR Leaders of EMEA for external sales or distribution is prohibited.
Report any violations immediately


**Focus on Debating Ideas, Not Attacking Individuals**


While we welcome diverse and controversial viewpoints, discussions must remain informed and respectful.
Feel free to present and defend various perspectives, but refrain from personal attacks.


Expect your viewpoints to be challenged, but remember, the focus is on ideas, not personal criticisms.
